Yes. If your business already uses Microsoft 365, WeSolve can help review your licenses, assess your current setup, and provide ongoing administration and support. Where eligible, we can also help transfer your CSP reseller relationship or subscriptions, subject to Microsoft’s requirements and your existing provider’s approval where applicable.
Will there be downtime during migration?
We plan migrations to keep disruption to a minimum — mailboxes are moved in stages, and the final cutover is usually scheduled outside business hours. We'll tell you in advance what, if anything, your team needs to do.
Do you support Macs and phones?
Yes — Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive on Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android, including mobile device basics.
What about the July 2026 price increase?
Microsoft raised most Business plan prices effective July 1, 2026 (for many existing subscriptions, the new price applies at renewal, depending on your billing terms). Part of our discovery is checking what your renewal actually looks like — and whether Business Premium (CAD $29.80 list) now makes more sense than Business Standard (CAD $19.00 list) for your team.
